Whitney Capital Partners LLC serves as the single family office for its founder as well as a full service investor across multiple asset classes including Venture Capital/Debt, Credit, Public Markets, and Private Equity. Although sector agnostic, current industries with WCP exposure include Real Estate, Film/TV/New Media, Travel, Fashion, and Technology. On the debt side, WCP specializes in both amortized and interest only senior secured and mezzanine loans with warrant coverage. WCP gravitates towards opportunities where liquidity is limited and more traditional bank financing is not possible due to the nature of time-constraints, underlying collateral, credit history, and/or atypical deal structure/terms. Our alternative financing solutions enable general/limited partners to retain as much equity as possible via a less dilutive structure void of co-investment rights and retain as much cash as possible without origination fees, exit fees, or pre-payment penalties.
